As for the journey, arriving at the international airport of Tirana NENE TEREZA the best solution would be to rent a car and follow towards north of Albania and then for Lezhe and then Shengjin on street SH1.

The estimated costs are approximately € 25,00 for day.

If you want there are also bus or taxi from airport to arrive in Shengjin.
